I have known Barton McMillan for twenty years as a neighbor, friend, and fellow church member. Until recently, I had not had an opportunity to work with him professionally through Home Creations. We engaged Home Creations in November 2012 to paint the inside and outside of our home, to remodel one bathroom, and to update two other bathrooms. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work that was done.
Home Creations was professional, organized, and responsive to my concerns and needs. The people performing the work were knowledgeable, courteous, and thoughtful in working with me. They treated my home like it was their own and cleaned up every day before they left, protected the contents, asked the right questions when necessary, and were a pleasure to have in my home.
The work was performed with attention to detail and was very thorough. They provided me with a schedule so I could plan what was needed from me and when. There were no surprises. Barton also was there frequently to monitor the work being performed and make sure it met his very high standards.
They also went beyond my expectations in ensuring the timely receipt of fixtures and the replacement of anything that was not delivered as ordered. In one situation, I had ordered a light fixture that was not easily mounted and they worked diligently to address the issues and develop a mutually agreeable solution.
While having work done in your home can be very disruptive, my experience with Home Creations was that they minimized the disruption and worked with my schedule whenever possible.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
